My second EP is a study on the combination of orchestral string instruments with electronic elements and applying techniques from one world to the other. For this project I began working with session musicians who record their instruments remotely in their own studios.

Solstice, or more precisely winter solstice, represents in my mind the hope for the returning light after times of darkness. The cover artwork is a photo through a kaleidoscope of my son.
